A female patient, who has not been named, had ten parking tickets affixed to her vehicle after she was unexpectedly kept in hospital for emergency surgery when attending a scheduled appointment.
Her car had been parked in a disabled bay since the 16th of May, in the designated car-park for the University Hospital of Wales in Cardiff. (more…)
